What are dispositions in real estate wholesaling?

Dispositions, or dispo, is the work of selling a property or contract after you get it under contract. It means marketing the deal, finding and qualifying cash buyers, and getting the buyer to close. Acquisitions finds the deal, and dispo sells it.

Why does the title company matter for dispositions?

Not every title company or closing attorney will close assignments, novations, or subject to deals. Using one that already handles investor deals can prevent delays and cancelled closings. That is why this kit includes a list sorted by state.

How should I organize my deal files?
