What it does
REskout is a directory of real estate tools, lenders and services. Real operators write the reviews under their own name and business. These include wholesalers, flippers, agents, lenders and property managers. Every product is scored on one public rubric with four parts: results, ease of use, support and value. The site also has side by side comparisons and a Workflows store.
Overview
Joshua and Ashley Hines run REskout. They co-founded Impact Home Team, a Maryland wholesaling and cash buying business with 500+ acquisitions since 2016. They built REskout because most "best software" lists are written by vendors or SEO shops. Vendors cannot edit, filter, reorder or remove reviews. The site earns money from affiliate links and says those links never change scores or rankings.

Pricing reality
Reading reviews is free and does not need an account. A vendor does not need an affiliate program to be listed. Creators who sell Workflows pay a 10% platform fee plus card processing on each sale.
